As described on the Public meetings page, there has already been a fair amount of initial consultation among the residents regarding the idea of creating a Neighbourhood Plan, and what the issues are that it should address. Arising from these meetings and feedback forms received, it seemed to be clear that issues could be grouped under four main headings, and we decided to use the term “Spotlight Groups” to describe our volunteers who have agreed to get together and put more work into developing these aspects of the Neighbourhood Plan.
These spotlight groups have now been named as:
- Greenbelt and Access
- Village Amenities (previously referred to as “Infrastructure”)
- Housing
- Travel and Transport
